Monterrey band Kinky has developed a successful formula of combining modern rock and electronics with Northern Mexican styles, much like Nortec Collective from Tijuana except with instrumentalists instead of DJs. The band relentlessly tours Mexico and the west coast of the US and earned a reputation for one of the most exciting, crowd pleasing shows around.
