The band Zoé has emerged after three albums, as one of Mexico’s most popular and accomplished indie rock bands. However unlike other contemporary Mexican bands, like Kinky or El Gran Silencio, Zoé doesn’t use any traditional styles in their music and sound as if they could almost come from anywhere in the world. The band has more in common with Radiohead or TV on the Radio than with Café Tacvba.
Nearly every song is a finely cut gem on Memo Rex Commander y el Corazón Atómico de la Vía Láctea, their third album released in 2006. Inspired by Seattle grunge and 90s Brit Pop, they created irresistible songs with complicated melodies, surging choruses, and twitchy electronic surfaces. Especially excellent are No Me Destruyas, Paula, and Corazón Atómico. Additionally their poetic and ethereal lyrics by charismatic singer Leon Larregui work in both Spanish and English(The Room and Side Effects).
No Me Destruyas:

Casi cada canción es una gema cortada fina en Vía Láctea Memo Rex Commander y el Corazón Atómico de la Vía Láctea, sus disco desde 2006. Inspiró por grunge desde Seattle y BritPop de los noventas, ellos crearan canciones con melodías complicadas, coros subiendo, y superficies electrónicas crispadas. Especialmente las canciones No Me Destruyas, Paula, y Corazón Atómico tienen cualidades más altas. Además sus letras poéticas y etéreas canta por el carismático Leon Larregui funcionan en ambos español y ingles (The Room and Side Effects).

son tonterias VIVI…..el tienew su estilo y talvez lo digas por que tu lo has hecho… a mi me encanta el travajo de le o y cerati…se podria decir que es lo que mas me gusta en cuanto a musik…y zoe es algo muy distinto a cerati…que igual es buenisimo tambin…pero son punto y aparte cada 1……………mejor ponte a hacer algo de veneficio y antes de jusgar arregla primero tus defectos en musica o en lo que seaque tenga que ver en tu vida pinche envidiosa sin metas ni reconocimientos….lo que hizo zoe es original…cuando el tubo la idea solo paso por su cabeza no por la tuya….ovio cuand alguien hace algo bueno la gente como tu empiesa a chingar…..
